How Do Boards & CFOs Align Themselves To Increase Shareholder Value?
Join us for this exciting joint meeting between the NACD and FEI to learn how boards and Chief Financial Officers can work together better. We will discuss the most effective ways to overcome some of the common challenges to effective board and CFO interaction. Our panelists, consisting of current and former CFOs, have worked in various senior roles in their careers and include a current CFO, a former CFO now serving as CEO and a former CFO who is currently a director.
The panel of experts will share their perspectives on board and CFO interaction, and how that perspective has evolved as their roles within their organization have changed. We will discuss strategies for boards and CFOs to engage more effectively and work together toward the common goal of increasing long-term shareholder value.

Kevin Fleming, Paradigm Health
Bringing more than 25 years of extensive healthcare and financial services experience, Kevin Fleming has been responsible for Paradigm’s long-term strategies, strategic partnerships, day-to-day operations and the company’s bottom-line performance until it’s February 1, 2012 sale to Lightyear Capital.James Wall currently serves as a Trustee of the Financial Executives Research Foundation and as a member of its Audit and Strategic Planning Committees, and Vice Chairman of the Certification Committee of Financial Executives International. He retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Core-Mark International in December, 2006.
Alison Davis is a global strategist, finance professional and governance expert with deep expertise in the financial services sector. Alison is an experienced public and private company board director. She is currently a director of Royal Bank of Scotland , Unisys Diamond Foods and several private VC backed companies. She is a former director of First Data Corporation, and was the Chairman of LECG until its sale in 2011.
